IBSA - Group Health Contracts
 IBSA and Novation entered into a multi-year Agreement that began on January 1, 2005. The Members/customers Novation serves are located in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. They include more than 2500 acute care hospitals and nearly 30,000 other healthcare providers (including physician’s clinics, long term care centers, outpatient treatment centers and home care providers). Novation’s Clients are: VHA Inc., University Health System Consortium, and Healthcare Purchasing Partners International (HPPI).
IBSA and Midwest Printing & Promotions, LLC are offering Document Solutions (and other products) that involve at least 13 different product categories. IBSA has also agreed to provide Novation’s members cost savings programs that involve direct cost savings, discounts, and a complete support structure that is involved in monitoring and measuring the components of the program. Reporting the required information of this program is the engine that drives this process; therefore all reporting requirements between IBSA and Novation and IBSA and Midwest Printing & Promotions, LLC are firmly adhered to and monitored.
